The Uprising mug
Congratulations to the winners of the competition for designing the decoration of a traditional Silesian mug to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of the 1919-1920-1921 Silesian Uprisings.
The main prize funded by the Marshal of the Silesian Voivodeship went to Agnieszka Szmyd. Honourable mentions:
- of the Mayor of Katowice: Magdalena Giertuga
- of the Museum of Katowice History: Hanna Harkawy
- of Porcelana Bogucice: Zuzanna Sekta.
Each mug will have a special certificate with the collection number. They will be available for sale from 10 February.
